My car is a GT. Just bolt it in and go. I didn't do anything special to make it work. It doesn't need any security features reprogrammed or anything like that. That was my original fear as I did a similar swap in a fbody years back and had all sorts of problems.

Oh awesome so just program for your miles and it works? Speedometer and tach read correctly and everything as well as all the stuff in the info screen? just curious if yours is a premium or base not sure if that will make a difference lol.

My car is a PP Premium car. The Gt350 gauges illuminate in white only. The don't have my color like PP cars. When you start the car it will show active exhaust not active. Hit OK and go from there. All the line lock stuff works. All of the track apps work even the lap timer. I have a 15 so the axle temp reads 0. If you have a 16+ then it will read your axle temp.

You can download forscan, to turn on/off different options your car may or may not have. I never did this as my car didn't have any of the active cruise or collision avvoidance packages so I didn't have to turn any of that on.
