Lloyd floor Matt durability

They do wear quick, but the wear and shedding seems to slow down at certain point...I mean it does not wear all the way through. I have 9600 miles on mine and the wear is the same as it was at 5000 miles...

Hmmm. Got any pics? I really like that mats and I think they would look a lot nicer than the hard plastic weathertech units but dang I’d hate to spend 90 bucks on a set that’ll just look like hammered dog crap in a couple months. Guess I could always alternate between them and the weathertech?

Just tried. Can't get it to show well, because it's all black. Bottom line, the heel area wears thin quickly and it becomes fuzzy. One on passenger side still looks great...

Difficult to answer. I've been debating whether to get another set, although all I need is driver side. If I did, I would either get a heel plate, like someone mentioned or use weathertech for most days and save these for "Sunday go to meetin'" days. So, for daily driving, not without a decent looking mod to protect them.

yeah they are pure junk. Would not recommend anyone waste money on these.
If you think they are bad at 1500 miles wait until. you see 5,000!

My wife bought me mats for Christmas 2016. She found them on facebook - they have the official GT350 logo. They still look great after ~3K miles - The only picture I had handy. I think these are them:

Those look great. I like the embroidered GT 350 emblem.

I had assumed that loyds mats were good. Guess i will be staying away from them.

I have Lloyd’s mats and they are awesome. Have the drivers, passsenger and trunk mat. No issues at all. Mine are Race Red to match the car. Look striking along with the silver GT350 logo.
I have no interest in WeatherTech as I don’t like plastic floor mats. My car is not a daily driver, and we don’t get much rain here anyway.

Nice. They even mentioned is better than Lloyd's. Buying right now.

Ugh what a disappointment. I had Lloyds in my c6z06 from 8 years ago and they still look new. I might try the ones that were listed in post #39.
