Gen 3 2.9L Whipple S550 Dyno | 745 whp on 93 Octane

Hey guys,

We are back at it again with another Gen 3 2.9L Whipple Supercharger install and tune on a S550 Mustang GT. We are excited to share the results with you all. We have already installed several of these superchargers on S550 cars and they have been making solid numbers on the dyno using the stock TB. This customer however, upgraded to the 132mm billet throttle body and we were very pleased with the results. This car made 745 whp and 552 tq on 93 octane running the 3.75 pulley.

Yeah, after I got all jelly I compared to my Dyno results and the only thing holding me back is not revving high enough and intake manifold which will be fixed soon lol.

Still, awesome results to the owner.

I think the crazy thing here is that he is still on the 3.75 pulley. Even I upgraded to the 3.625 when I bought the kit.

Here is a quick comparison of this S550 with another Auto S550 that we did with the same gen 3 2.9L supercharger set up and mods without the 132mm TB. As you can see the throttle body makes a pretty big difference compared to the stock one.
