I haven't seen any gen 3 whipples with comp stage 2 blower cams out there.

Anyone have any idea what this should make whipple gen3 3.0 10 rib pulley, 20 percent od balancer, sleeved block, comp stage 2 blower cams id1300, e85, fore triple pump fuel system, lund tuning.

Debating if i can/ should go to 2.75 pulley.

Evil 5.0 is trapping 145 mph in the 1/4 with a smilar set up but stage 3 cams and 3.75 pulley .
He must be making at least mid 900's so I am guessing you would be way north of 1000.

I say 1100.

You def should make some steam!! I have the stage 3 NA cams and only a 3.75 pulley and 20% lower.

I have trapped at 145 with only two trips to the track. My first pass at the was a 141mph and the second time back went the 145@ 4100lbs.

Not an S550 but I think Scott Mallott runs a 2.75/20 and stage 2/3 cams. Made 1080 up in Colorado air which is close to 1200 at sea level

I'm in a heavy vert with manual and need to learn how to launch this thing lol.

You're running the gen3 right? Ialways hear how much more efficient the grn3 is. Hoping for some good numbers.

No. Just wanted over 1k for murrica.

Truth be told initially i was like well if i cant get my launch down, I'll feather throttle run 9s with terrible launch and terrible shifting. But even that's hard to get 9s lol. So gonna make some power and dial it back a little. Learn to launch then work power back up.

Then go auto swap. Then maybe twin turbo. But that's a few years away at least.

Mine has no weight reduction except for the eradispeed rotors. I added a Magnum XL and steel bell housing, the Whipple and oversized heat exchanger with an ice tank/water in the trunk... so mine is a tad heavy also.

I am running a Gen 3. I also need to learn to launch it. Now that I have it going straight, it may be time to activate two step and lower tire pressure.

Lol. Badass either way man. Here's hoping all of us manuals hit our goals this year . There has to be 7 or 8 of us on this board right now with low 10 sec manual cars trying to get that 9 sec pass.

I went the 6060 route with 2.96 1st gear hoping that would help my launch. I run hoosier slicks with viking shocks. I do have the msd 2 step which helps things but launching at 3500 rpm featuring clutch i still ran 1.96 60ft. Then from feathering clutch guess i over heated it was getting 3rd gear lock out issues. Add the fact the track is over crowded ionly get in one maybe two runs when i go.

I just put in rxt 1200 will see if that causes any differences.

Just noticed you have 4.10 gears. I have 3.55. How do the 4.10s feel? Ibeen wondering if i need change my gearing to help it get off the line better.
