I'm gonna be looking at this as soon as I'm home. Thanks.PE at 90% throttle to be carb legal
Great News!EnjoyOk. I just got home from being away from work. I turned the knock limiting off and everything is PERFECT! I have ZERO hesitation now!:clap2: At low RPM, full throttle pull I'm seeing 1 degree of knock then starts going into negative. That 1 degree was obviously shutting my throttle and causing my hesitation with the knock limiting. The car drives COMPLETELY stock, besides the new exhaust tone it now has with the crackling and popping then becomes a complete animals once you step on the gas. From my experience, excellent job Whipple on the calibration!
Glad to hear you have it sorted out....off topic, how are those Indy 500s hooking for you. Thanks everyone! I hope those that still having some issues get them sorted out as well!
Well it's been cold and snowing since I put them on so i haven't really had a good chance to try them out. Heard a lot of good about them so I'm excited for some warm dry pavement...lolGlad to hear you have it sorted out....off topic, how are those Indy 500s hooking for you.
I'll try and post the dyno sheet later. Rev to 7500, 94 fuel. Again stock Whipple cal.Nice what did you rev it to? what octane?
It was a dynojet. STD correction 5...the stock 3.75 pulleyWhat pulley and what dyno? Nice numbers I am going the 14th on a Mustang dyno gen3 stage 2 wirh oversized exchanger and 3.625 pulley
Sorry trying from my phone and it says the file is too big...I'll try again later. Here is the graph. You can see the hesitation in the graph when he first hits the throttle then on the second pull the car pulls timing up top due to knock.
