Window Tint in SoCal

My new Mustang is about to arrive any day (ordered on 12/27/17) and I would like to know if anyone has a Window tint installer that did a great job. I am in WLA/Valley area of SOCal.

I always used Mike's Tint Shop in Anaheim. They do a great job. On my last car I used G5 Tint Shop in Pasadena. They did an excellent job. So whatever is closer

I'm pretty sure window tint is illegal now unless you have a medical exemption from the DMV.

Yeah. From what I understand, if you add any tint whatsoever beyond what the factory does to the windows, you have more than likely crossed into illegal territory. This applies to the windshield and the front side windows.

Rear side windows and the rear window can be tinted pitch black.

Almost went to G5 Tint on my last car, but went to a place closer to my area, it was Beach City Window Tinting in Redondo Beach and it turned out great, they also removed the terrible tint the first owner had put and replaced it with a nice ceramic tint.

Some of those tint shops that i listed above, might even sell a "cop package" . you can pay a little extra, if you get a fix it ticket, they will remove, and re-apply for you.

haha. it's funny though, i think cops might be a bit biased.. I never got one ticket on my F-150, Mustang, or Camaro for dark ass windows or loud exhaust. On my Evo I couldn't drive it 10 feet without getting pulled over in orange county for something. (front plate, windows, exhaust usually)
