Agreed 100% thats why i said it blows my mind people would even buy cams without the spec info or heads without the flow numbers or injectors with out the flow numbers ect.ect.

Again I appreciate that L&M is one of the very few that do give that info out.
You mean you don't hear an idle video on FB and say "I want that" lol

ProChargerTECH so you’re saying L&M intake cams will benefit a blown coyote car. They’ve shown to gain 15-20hp in NA setups, do you believe these numbers of 60+whp on a boosted application.

I would think for a blower setup you would want the intake and exhaust cam package. Common sense tells me if you are increasing overlap to get more in then don't you need to get more out? Wheras in a n/a setup you aren't necessarily getting much more in but increasing efficiency of what can get in?

VCT my friend...... .These engines arent like the single cam engines.

The VVT and VCT advantage is huge.

However yes L&M does make a paired intake/exhaust package.

https://www.lmengines.com/products/camshafts/l-m-paired-exhaust-5-0l-coyote-camshaft-2015.html

The exhaust profile as advertised is .500 max lift, [email protected]” duration.

Or for an NA build ive been looking at these instead of CS3 cams

https://www.lmengines.com/products/camshafts/l-m-sr-5-0l-coyote-camshaft-11-14.html

LM1 cams

Features
- Designed for racing applications
- Fits 2011.5 - 2014 Mustang GTs equipped with the 5.0L Coyote engine
- Great idle rumble
- Proprietary grind: 0.513” Lift,[email protected]" Duration Intake; 0.513” Lift, [email protected]" Duration Exhaust
- Full set ( 2 x intake, 2 x exhaust)
- Verified cam design

According to L&M when i called about the LM1s they WILL retain full VCT and NOT require lockouts on the 2015+ Gen2 coyotes.

I wonder what the idle would sound like? Choppy or smooth?

Following this thread.
I was under the impression cams had only marginal gains on these motors.
I'm now interested :D

People keep saying cams only make small gains yet they make good gains time and time again.

Hell Evil 5.0 made over 900whp witb a whipple E85 and comp stage 3 NA cams aswell.

Remember when people said cams were not worth the money.....................

His build made 525whp with CJ IM and CS3 NA cams then he put a whipple on and fed it some E85 made almost 400 more whp.
Yup...he added a fore fuel system and a whipple and made over 900 to the tires. It had more but he didn't want to push it on a stock block
