This has been an ongoing issue since day one. It is unfortunate there has been little to no improvement, especially after Graham's earlier promise to improve communication and customer service.

That’s so strange, I ordered mine a few weeks ago and got it the same week. Did not need to call or e-mail.
Something very wierd why would I get mine when prior orders are pending!

I find this so weird as I got great CS from them. I emailed a question, 2 actually and both were answered same day. Placed my order and got my resonator delete 3 days later. Great company and there delete kit is very well made.

I ordered one and it was shipped the next day. I did call to ask a question but never got through.

Just got my tracking and will be delivered on the 12th. The website said available when I bought it. They item is coming from San Diego and I am in Irvine 2 hrs away so I should of got it in 2-3 days max.
