I’m thinking of purchasing my new wheel/tire setup soon and have a dilemma. I want to go with a square setup, since I want to occasionally go to the track and do some canyon carving. My 17 is mainly my daily and won’t ever become a “race car” in it’s lifetime however I want the best setup for the 3 circumstances. The tires I plan to run are Indy 500’s the issue is which wheel setup to go with. I am absolutely in love with the HRE FF15’s but to go with a square setup it would be around $2000+ for 19x9’s compared to going with Konig Rennform’s which are also flow formed and I can get a full set of 4 19x9.5’s and the Indy 500’s in 265/40r19 for around 1900 otd. Another option would be the FF15 set offered by CJ Pony parts for $1500 which is staggered which comes with 19x9’s and 19x10’s. Anyone else have a similar issue when deciding which wheels to go with? Something note wothy is while I can afford the non staggered setup for the HRE there are a few other mods i’m going to be buying soon which include coilovers, and an exhaust so I’d like to get the best bang for my buck possible.
