Got these in today. The Boss manifold is making more contact with the hood than I'd like. Also ordered RST with lightened steel flywheel, stainless steel clutch line, ARP Flywheel bolts and Mcleod Slave Cylinder. Should be getting installed by Hypermotive on labor day weekend!

This has been a horse beaten by a horse, but I've been going back and forth between Paxton 2200SL and Procharger P1X. Procharger has it's ease of installation and Paxton is a little less straight forward. Paxton 2200 cheaper off the bat and definitely a power maker just by pullying down. Procharger is cleaner in the bay.

Just overall back and forth on deciding which one to go with.

Alright, made a trip out to Hypermotive yesterday and got the UPR mounts installed as well as a brand new Mcleod RST. Ended up getting there and having to help pull the trans back out a second time because it wouldn't come out of gear. So we take everything back out and recheck it, didn't change a thing, put it back together and it miraculously fixed itself. So everything went smoothly but we did end up finding a small hole on the bellhousing. We all have no idea how it happened but the stock pressure plate was ate up around the edges a bit too. Crazy shit.

EDIT: Picture of hole in bellhousing added.

Nothing really new to update. Been driving the car and that's about it. Had the thought of selling it and getting an 07-09 GT500, but dont think I'll do that. I did jump on the bandwagon and ordered a GT350 Track Pack spoiler.

Here's a couple pics from a quick wash the other day.

I wouldn't, had one and really wasn't that impressed other than straight-line speed. I liked my '09 Bullitt better as a whole, honestly.

The only GT500 I'd entertain swapping for would be a '13-'14, but the S6550 is a far more impressive platform than the S197.

I'd definitely like a 12-14 GT500, but the price tag is still quite a bit. Honestly, the S550 is a much better platform and overall a better car, but for some reason the 07-09 GT500s strike a fancy for me. I'll be sticking with the S550 of course, but once I go boost I feel that it'll be fun for a little bit but will probably get old quick. We'll see though.

Nice build you got going here. However, I will disagree with the bolded statement. There has been nothing boring about my 11,000 boosted miles. I want more. :headbang:

Lol, I dont think it will be literally boring, but once you get the boost bug you just want to add more. Adding more means parts are more likely to start breaking, parts breaking equals more spending, more spending equals ramen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then rinse and repeat...lol.
