Hard to beat the BMR SP080 Springs for a daily driver.

The amount of people using them on their daily drivers with stellar feedback is staggering.

;)

I was spreading golden bombs of light and love to all vendors. I am using Ford GT350R fronts and BMR for the rears. Just how it worked out. Parts are still coming in - just received BMR's jack rails.

Nice product.

Calling out OKC #1 spot after axle back install.
Flip a coin and call it a day, both sell amazing springs.

Both are great. Just see which fit your needs better and which gives you the ride height you're looking for.

Personally I went with GT350R front springs, BMR rear springs, and Steeda shocks.

Steeda progressives. I chose them because I have had their suspension parts on all 4 of my Mustangs. A Fox, an SN95, an S197, and now my S550. Ride is excellent, handles great, just low enough without rattling teeth or scraping parts. Stance is perfect.

And the team over there is awesome and consistent through the years.

Couple questions that might help in a decision:

How much does each lower the car?
Pics of both?
How much do each cost?

Anyone know the drop on sp080's? Can never get a response and their website don't mention the drop, I like that the rear is a minimum drop

SP080:
Front: 170 lb/in, 1.2" drop (p/n SP081)
Rear: 740 lb/in 0.5" drop (p/n SP082)

A great front alternate that I like even better myself is the SP089, which is the same rate as the SP081 but 0.875" drop instead of 1.2".

Love my BMR SP080s.

Drop can vary by car with these, but generally you can figure 1.2" in the front and .5-.6" in the rear if I remember right.

I lowered my PP and a buddy's GT/CS on these springs and I swear his dropped even more than mine.

Steeda progressives are great for the Detroit roads - what part of Detroit are you in as we have a lot of presence in the downriver area.

You can't go wrong with either company ... Steeda has been in business for over 28 years & we have made a significant investment in our R &D, as well as our manufacturing facilities located in Valdosta, GA.

Steeda springs are all in house engineered and custom made to our exact specifications & developed using advanced proprietary CAD data, and our exclusive 3d modeling setting us apart from the others.

They provide the ultimate in ride quality and handling while exceeded OE standards for durability and build quality.

Here is Warhead's Mustang courtesy of his post on Mustang 6G:

For a daily, the progressives would be a great choice, here are some reviews on the subject ... here are the springs on the EcoBoost - http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83992&highlight=progressive+springs
