Is turn signal not working covered by warranty?

Left front turn signal not working. Car makes the fast flashy noise when i signal to tell me somethings wrong I guess. It just won't come on.

Is something like this usually covered by warranty?

If the bulb ia burnt out, warranty will probly not cover it.
Bulbs and brake pads are most likely under a wear item warranty period.
If the wiring is broken in the harness or the module that controls the lights is shot, than maybe it's covered under base warranty.
This is just my best guess.

Bulb was burnt out, but warranty covered it!

Bulbs are 3 years/36000 miles for warranty.
