Hey everyone. I'm in need of some serious help. Need to complete emissions testing this week, however, Ive been dealing with a CEL for about 2 months now.

P0054/P0141(mostly 0054) return shortly after resetting CELs.

Background:
2015 AT ecbooost
Intake, Mishimoto DP(Catted), Exhaust, Intercooler, Charge pipes
Tune+ tune/Cobb Stage 3 tune

*Does Adam's tune typically delete these codes?

Initial diagnosis was the O2 sensor( which i had nicked the wiring on when installing DP ) So I replaced the O2 sensor with a factory equivalent. DID NOT FIX

I have dealt with the CEL since mid January. Took it to the dealership and was told the most likely cause was the tune. Apparently it was soft storing lean codes. I have swapped tunes between Tune+ and Cobb, all tunes still produce CEL.(meaning: I doubt they are all running so lean to cause CEL)

I am at a loss on where to point to next. There was a TSB for the Catalyst Control module prior to 12/19/14 build date, but mine is 4/15.

Only other symptom of note is the excessive smoke at idle(have yet to install the dual valve CC, although its been ordered)

Help me Mustang6G, your my only hope!

Did you check the fuse for the oxygen sensor?

there is an issue with the oxygen sensor wiring. It not the sensor itself. Its either the fuse or the wiring. Check the entire wiring harness and make sure all connectors and pins are clean and have no moisture or corrosion and make sure all the wires are intact and not nicked.

Any help locating the correct fuse would be appreciated. I have not found one labeled for the O2 sensor in the manual

I think it's on the same circuit as the evaporative vent valve.

Have you talked to Adam about it yet? Maybe it's just the cat in that DP and he can turn the code(s) off? I know when people use O/R DPs tuners usually just turn the codes off.

I'm awaiting a response from Adam. My tune was supposed to have the code delete already

A ticking time bomb ;)
exhaust leak somewhere? ... check/retighten the entire assembly starting at the beginning of the downpipe at the exhaust side of the turbo manifold. My car did the same found out its sensitive to even the slightest ones and will throw a code.

Word from Adam is to add a vibrant O2 defouler. Nothing against him but it doesn't explain why the car ran CEL free for 6 months w/o any issues

How long have you had this DP on the car?

Well it's hard to say why it took so long for it to cause a problem the first time but if you're 100% sure the replacement O2 sensor is good, I think his solution is best. Those things have been used for that reason for a while.

Its the heater circuit has to be one of the wires in the harness
