I've always found it best to print the TSB and take it in with me. That helps eliminate that immediate reaction for rejection.

Did this just last week, had no issues getting the TSB performed once I told them what the symptoms were. Have always done my research on any problems before taking a car to the dealer, and never have any issues with getting stuff taken care of without needless parts being replaced.

Well that is certainly an alternative and a nice one at that for people that aren't concerned about warranty.
