I haven't found one yet either..... The last dealer I dealt with was McRee for a timing chain tensioner TSB on my 2011 5.0 (Early build probs). Had some scratches and left a shop rag in front of my belts. Service Manager (Tim Allen) agreed to pay for the problem after some haggling, traded the car in before I got them fixed though. Do NOT let their body shop get ahold of your car unless it's totaled. They will burn paint and don't color match worth a flip. Get either Clayton or John for your service adviser. John doesn't kiss your butt, Clayton usually does. Joe Meyers does Roush stuff so they may be worth a try. Gullo used to be good back when Mr. Gullo ran the place, I believe his son does now.....
If you happen to try for Ron Carter Ford (Alvin) do NOT get Allen as your Service Adviser, he is an a$$, Get Amanda instead. Service manager does not call you back either.
