For what it's worth it made more power on the rich run which was with the Pmas intake.
No. Look again. Run #1 is the PMAS run. Its highest AFR is 14.6. Observe where the AFR lines start and trace the one that starts at 14.6.

Well that'd be deceptive if the gains came from leaning out the AFR rather than the intake itself.

The PCM controls the afr and changes injection quantities based on available air and torque demand. I'm not sure why there's a significant difference in the afr between runs, though. The intake wouldn't do it by itself, because the PCM will try to maintain its targets.

It's in cat overtemp on the first run. Car was hot when they did that pull.

Looks like cat over temp was on both pulls which is normal on the stock tune.

Once it's tuned and cat overtemp is off it will be more consistent on the A/F.
Yes I know this, I was just explaining how you said it was the cat over temp affecting the a/f but it was clearly on both pulls.

The pull at 12.3 to 11.6ish a/f it's not on on that run the PE lambda drops from 0.85 to 0.82 right there. It might be just beginning close to redline on that pull but it's close to normal there.

Cat over temp enrichment was recorded on both pulls. You said it was not, I'm just clarifying that it was also as already mentioned the one pull was leaner then the other.
