That looks like the MMD V-series. I know it's not but it looks like it.

Yes it's similar. The big difference is the MMD scoop has creases on each side that align with the OEM hood spears, creating a mild bubble effect in the middle. The FoMoCo scoop is a flat area that lays atop the hood spears, eliminating the creases and the bubble effect

If you could be bothered to read before writing, you'd see that these questions are what ronemca is working behind the scenes to answer.

Although I agree I like the continual rise of the MMD over the rounded edge on the FoMoCo.

Uhm...yeah? I thought that was pretty apparent
 LOL. I just asked because sometimes people make an observation like yours...and then offer that the alternative is cheaper and/or better. So I was making sure you didn't have some information that I might be missing! Cheers!

No sweat. If you're short of time, you should of course do what suits you.

Meanwhile, I have reached out to several agencies, actually. But it being the weekend...

I don't have a personal friend or a relative in the biz, so I'm in no position to guarantee anything...but I am trying to score a deal.

I'm also trying to clarify whether the supplier of the GB (if it comes together) will also be able to supply the quarter window coverings. In my gut I sorta have a hunch that only the window scoops will be available...but I wanna wait and see what comes back to me tomorrow when the businesses re-open. Either way, obviously we'll add whatever window coverings ARE available from the same source, because it will sweeten the deal on both sides of the table!

Stay tuned...

Too bad you won't see this or I'd tell you that you can find this part for $297 shipped at Apple Auto online
