Flash Flood Watch for the recent burn areas of Southwest California early this morning through tonight.
A storm system will generate widespread rainfall across Southwest California today into Monday. Rain will be heavy at times this morning through late tonight as a cold front progresses from northwest to southeast across the area. Thunderstorms with rainfall rates capable of triggering mud and debris flows within the recent burn areas will be possible. Rain will taper to light scattered showers by Monday morning.
