Intercooler for sure. No questions there. You can buy a drop in air filter for $45 to replace the stock paper filter no need for an intake

Unless you spend a lot of time at high revs, the stock radiator should have no problem keeping the engine at proper operating temp. The stock intercooler heatsoaks quickly under boost, and at that point, you will lose 10%-15% power. A better IC will keep that from happening and you will make more consistent power overall. There should be *no* reason why replacing the stock IC with a better IC should be reason for a warranty claim denial, assuming that installing the IC doesn't require any surgery on the car, like cutting or removing the AGS, but jtmat is right - there are sh!tty dealers out there, and if you don't want to take any chances on a dealer denying a warranty claim, don't mod, or talk to the dealer, or dealers, and feel them out on the mods you want to make. On something as simple as a better IC, they might be OK with it, or they might be OK with it as long as they install it.

If it's not a PP car,

consider putting in the GT radiator. That's how Ford made the Ecoboost PP (well, that and the Stock GT brakes with the 4 piston front calipers, and the 3.55 rear end) Well, also unique shocks/struts and a harsher suspension (that makes it stick to the road better...).

Go with an intercooler first. The stock unit is garbage.

After driving around Texas in this 100 degree heat i can feel how down on power the car is. I would vote for an Intercooler. Even driving through 118 degree heat my car has never gone above 212 degrees.
