Since we have them in stock, there is no worrying about whether or not if Ford Performance has them :cheers:

Will it work with a Paxton?

It should, has the same dims as the factory manifold. If you use the stock throttle body with the adapter plate that we have available, should be pretty straight forward. With that said, we have not personally attempted to install the manifold on a car with a centri blower.
