• This thread is for posting 1/4 mile times and time slips ONLY. Let's save the discussions for other threads.

Thats why the rules state you must have a time slip. No bench racing allowed! :rules:

I'm a little late to the party; but, I only recently discovered how the car wants to be driven, after being pissed off at it for about 6 months.

Vehicle, Trim & Options: 2015 GT premium, 401A, PP, 6MT, 3.73 gears

Modifications (if any): Uh...UPR remote oil separator, factory 255 front/275 rear Pirellis (46 psi front/28 psi rear), throttle body and ECU were replaced by the dealer under warranty to fix a starting problem that still exists, and I changed the oil once. Is this still considered bone stock?

Race weight w/driver: Unknown at the track, although El Azul was 3960 lbs with me and 1/4 tank of gas last summer on truck scales.

Name of the track: Orlando Speed World

Date of pass: 04 08 2016, 10:23 pm (track clocks were not corrected for DST a couple of weeks ago)

Weather conditions: (include Density Altitude, if known): 75*F, DA unknown (no dew on roofs, though)

Not that it matters, but:
1. "NO BS" means that there was no interference from the clutch protection BS, which I have been fighting for several months.
2. The car had a 1.884 60-foot earlier in the evening, as shown below (pass #2 of 9 for the night). It didn't translate into a better ET, though.
3. Best MPH for this car was 112.17 last Sunday afternoon. It hit the rev limiter in 4th gear right at the finish line. On a ~111.5 MPH pass, it will hit the rev limiter less than 100 feet past the finish line (screw it, I have the brakes).
4. All fuses were in place.

It totally did, I'm still on stock axles and was getting nervous. There is definitely more in it if I launch harder. I will look into the bottle neck on the factory connect.

2016 Mustang GT with automatic 6-speed, 3.55 rear sets, optional pony package with optional cloth material and pony logo on seat back and also on premium up-graded floor matts. also included with the pony package are Pirelli 19x8.5" p-255-19x40R-8.5"w all-season tires and black and chrome wheels. New for 16 is the turn signal indicators on the hood vents facing the driver passenger side. Color shadow black with black premium cloth seats with white Steichen and said already the white running Pony on the seat back and floor matts. Also came with perforated leather inserts in the door dash and console even the sides where the dash meets the radio sides. shifter boot has white stiches so does parking brake both with leather boots. Steering wheel cover has black leather with white stitching where it is sown together. very neat package for $995.00 you can't buy these tires and wheels for that price much less the other leather and premium cloth black seats and floor matts. My car is bone stock with two exceptions "BAMA SCT V2 93 octane race tune with a Airaid cold air intake kit called the synthaflow air cleaner that has a red cone shape and is oiled and the box has a clear Plexiglas see through filter with polished aluminum supports. L@@KS factory. I wish there was something more I could do under the hood with the cold air intake to make it run faster with what I have already. You guys was talking about a bottle neck on the factory connect? what does that mean? thanks a little known about modern performance tech?
