Cool, I used to live in Waukee. I'm currently in Bettendorf, but we are going to try and make some meets over there this summer. There is not a ton of get togethers in this area. :(

I'm made the same transition, although I wasn't as die-hard as you were. I miss it, and the speed, occasionally, but not as much as I thought I would. I love the drop top and have no regrets. Good luck!:thumbsup:

When I leased my F150 the dealer told me that they didn't want me putting aftermarket wheels and tires on it. The rational was that big wheels and tires wear out parts faster than typical. I can't imagine they would be thrilled to receive a car back missing oem equipment because it will be hard...

I have ridden in the back of my own car and it's not absolutely terrible. I'm average size, 6' 185. My head barely grazes the top when it is up. The smaller the front passengers are the better it is. On the passenger side I can sit pretty comfortable considering what there is to work with.
