Well when spending 40k plus they should be near perfect. So the Germans can get an ordinary VW panels right, why cant Ford? VW is the Ford equivalent of Germany...

Looks like Ford has not got their quality any better on the 2015's. I have a bunch of "quality control' issues on my 2014 GT but have learned to live with them vs having the dealer make worse. Come on Ford, time to step up the game on QC!

It looks like that connector is scorched. I know all the 2015 lovers will hate seeing the issue but if there is definitely some problem it should be addressed. With all the electronics that are now in the seats, its definitely a possibility something went wrong. I own an auto repair facility...
