  1. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

Yes, I am. I tried several upstate and NJ dealers and the best I was able to find was $5K ADM.
  2. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

Very few dealers got allocations for 2016 Admiral Blue Z06's. There are said to be only around 50 allocations. The dealer I ordered thru only got 1 and they're one of the top Corvette dealers in the country. If you look at used Z06 prices, you'll see that they hold their value VERY well. I'm...
  3. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

Actually, the LT4 motor is hand built at the Chevy Performance Build Center. All LT4s moving forward will be produced there, by hand. The LT1/LT4 have direct injection and cylinder deactivation in addition to producing a ton of power, so I'd argue they've done some serious engineering as...
  4. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

Before the ZL1 unveil I was really interested in the GT350. Was waiting for prices to drop to pick one up @MSRP but it never happened. The best offer I was able to find was $5K ADM with some really funny dealers wanting $10K ADM. I'll never pay ADM on any car no matter what it is, and it seems...
  5. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

It's not an American car thing, it's a Ford thing. There are 2016 Z06's and Stingray's available for $10,000 below sticker, brand new. I custom ordered a Z06 coupe last week for $7K below MSRP. Ford deliberately under-produced this car to keep demand high in order to keep the car relevant at a...
  6. GT350 vs 2017 ZL1

I mean it is a Mustang forum.. Everybody that can look at the two cars objectively knows that the ZL1 will mop the floor with the GT350 (R or not). But it's not really meant to compete with it, either. The next GT500 should have that task. I will say this though: if Chevy actually produces...
  7. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

Probably already known, but beware of dealers that advertise their GT350s with full descriptions and original pictures on multiple websites at MSRP. You would think that if it's on ONE website at MSRP, OK, maybe an error especially if the price has ADM on the dealer website. I am NOT talking...
  8. The who is still looking to purchase a GT350 thread.

It has certainly met my criteria... At $58K. At $68K I feel there are much better options in the price range. Like you said, the R won those awards. Does that even mean anything if the car doesn't exist? It's so obvious what Ford is doing here to try and artificially make the car relevant. Are...
  9. The who is still looking to purchase a GT350 thread.

Road and Track? Really? There are an abundance of Z06s available because Chevy did right by their customers and actually built cars to buy. Ford is trying to create this air of exclusivity around the GT350 by producing low numbers. Let the performance of the car create it's status...

ADM is definitely ugly that's for sure
  11. The Down and Dirty ADM Thread

Why are people still paying ADM for this car. Can't understand it. Giving the stealerships/Ford all the power. Fools.. /rant
  12. The who is still looking to purchase a GT350 thread.

I've been looking around for a GT350 with Tech package for the past few months and am about ready to give up. The dudes paying these high ADM's are insane. I don't blame dealers for offering the car with ADM - if dumb people didn't buy them, they couldn't offer them like that. I do blame Ford...
