  1. What's In DFB's Cabinet?

There is this one. https://foxtailclean.com/?srsltid=AfmBOor5T_hxX2lcBtA4btZnOT1LhjkYxmQ-vvF09Vxl-kjY5PKB7vSw I have one but have not got around to trying yet.
  2. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

You mean on the right side don't you.
  3. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

That looks like a rebranded CTEK MXS 5.0. Excellent charger that is meant to set and forget.
  4. 2017 TriBar lights

It is a 2018+ thing. Before that facelift it was absent. I understand that the FM can be modded with aftermarket bits but best you just do a forum search. Unless of course someone who knows what is involved chimes in.
  5. Quik-Latch QL-38 Hood Pins on Stock Aluminum Hood.

I used the same paint dab method as you. Worked well for a perfect line up. I did end up with a very slight distortion at one location in the top skin which probably only I can see. This was from over tightening. It was by and large a nerve wracking job. Happy with the end product and have not...
  6. Cabin interior motion detectors

I know that on reduced guard the alarm will go off if the car is jacked up. I have not tried to "break" in to test. I don't know how to do that without actually breaking anything. I accept having to switch it to reduced guard same as I have to accept switching the drive mode each time the car is...
  7. Cabin interior motion detectors

Rick. The reduced guard still allows the sensors to alarm if there is a break in or the car is lifted or bumped. You never know when a fly, moth or spider enters until that full guard alarm goes off.
  8. Cabin interior motion detectors

You may know already but if you select reduced guard when turning off the car you won't have that problem. I do this whenever I am leaving the car. I too learnt the hard way early on.
  9. How to add factory remote start to your AU/EU/UK Mustang

Good information. I had my 18 done by a fellow forum member maybe 6 years ago. I don't use it often but when I do I love hearing the start up at a distance from the car. I can start it at about 100m away. You are the first person that I have seen publish this how to guide. I remember seeing...
  10. Ford Noah Car cover stains

I have/had the Noah cover. It served me well for 6 or 7 years as an indooor cover even though it is an outdoor one. I recently had to replace it due to the fabric starting to perish. I noticed that it held a lot of dust in its open pore texture which on machine washing concentrated in folds...
  11. Hands-free Calling Issue

I don't know if Carplay is similar to Android Auto but I sometimes have the same issue with AA. The fix is : Turn AA Off (Unplug) On Sync Screen Select "Settings" Select "Phone" Select "Set Phone Ringtone" Select "Use Phone Ringtone" Reconnect AA
  12. What did you do to your Aussie S550 today..

Hopefully the Purfit material that I chose will not start to perish after 6 years like the Covercraft Noah which is quite a different fabric. I appreciate that nothing lasts forever but a little longer would be nice.
  13. What did you do to your Aussie S550 today..

Nice idea in theory but its magnet does not rate well. 22.7 Kg pull whereas my Bondi Magnets has a pulling force of 1460 Kg. It is very effective at getting metals buried under and within the gravel. What is does lack is the broad sweep that the Amazon one has which would likely work well on a...
  14. What did you do to your Aussie S550 today..

I bought a new indoors car cover to replace my Covercraft Noah outdoor cover. After 6 to 7 years of indoors duty the Covercraft was perishing and leaving small white dots on the paint. The new one is from Purfit brand and is the Purfit cloth. Australian company but shipped direct from China. It...
