Mine never went back to normal, I ordered a new horn online from a Ford dealer and replaced it myself. It is located on the driver side behind the bumper.

Interested to see if the ballast fixes your issue. Mine just started doing the exact same thing a couple weeks ago but mine isn't completely going out. Just flickers a lot.

Do you have any plans to manufacture a splitter that will fit the Steeda fascia? I need a solution for the fitment of the factory performance package panel to the fascia and a replacement splitter would do the trick but currently none exist for this fascia.
