Did you count the teeth on the crank sprocket prior to installing? I think that's the one spot where you can find an issue if there is one before timing and closing the motor up.
I'm going through this right now lol! Started my diff swap bolts all by hand (3.15 to iron 3.55). Got a 1/4 in and it started getting tough. I attributed mine to not cleaning the factory threads, or at least that helps me sleep at night.
Nonetheless, I said F it and just went slow with my 18mm...
You have to watch how you tighten the bolts down on that one. If I recall correctly, one side has a longer bolt and it tends to straighten and seal as you tighten.
Use a 2018 5.0 F150 as your search on Rock Auto and buy the upstream O2 sensors. You can buy two of the same side or both from each side. They work the same.
It's a good combo. I have the same and looking for the details on the unicorn cams that are floating around out there to finish mine off.
I fully expect to run 10.50s@130+ easy.
Been a best 10.83@130 so far at 3800 lbs.

It works good, but definitely takes a few times to master. Every now and then I'll foot brake it in a rush during a bracket race or I hit a sloped spot when I start to initialize it. I do like the fact that it doesn't wear on those with "fancy" brakes.

I keep mine in drive, but I might try starting it in second tomorrow. Either my unit is going out or my brakes are holding sometimes on the rear with one wheel peel. It never did that before I changed the breaks to Baer.
It doesn't do it all the time, but enough to warrant a change.
