I’m interested in what others in the know have to say about this. On some others cars I’ve owned, I used to pull the fuel pump fuse when I had to leave for extended periods.

5w-30 per Ford spec for my 22 Gen 3. If a mechanic told me to use 40 or 50 for regular street use, I’d find another mechanic.
