The only thing replaced was the antenna which comes with a short cable they had to paint it to match the car color dib. By the way it still works without any issues good luck and stick with it and let us know how it goes

Yes they were 20 ft from the dealership it started losing the signal and continued while they drove around town. Live in El Paso nothing to block the signal. They changed the antenna on a 16 gt350 also and it fixed that problem also

They did under warranty I don't know exactly how they did it but I get reception everywhere now. The 2017 antenna is the fix good luck

Mine was fixed today my dealer ordered a 17 antenna painted it and installed it no more problems

Believe me if its the same cutting in and out I have its fords issue I know because I take my other car on the same route with zero problems. Also ford knows it's there issue and it started my 2016. I would report it so they have on file

I called Ford today and they say they still do not have an answer I did ask if they are getting complaints from 2017 owners and he said he didn't know I sure would like to hear from a 17 owner
