I would delete your phone from the truck and your truck from phone and go to settings and do a master reset if that doesnt work make dealer fix the software or replace the apim.

Breeves is right it's not forscan I asked on the f150 side and they said its probably something that went haywire in the update.

Yea sounds like it's a forscan issue or something went wrong during the update. Go over to the f150 forum and there is a huge thread about forscan do a search 1st to see if there is an issue which I'm sure you have done then post the question on the thread they have got that stuff really figured...

Is the ford owners site the only place to get the update I have a 4" to 8" swap so not sure what vin i would need to use

Does anyone know if you can get the 3.0 upgrade on a 4"-8" sync3 swap what vin would I use? Or is there a place I can get the update other than the ford owners website?

I also may end up having an fcim and an extra usb hub I will post pics when I have them

So I bought a setup to swap from a 4' to 8" for my f150 and its out of a mustang I was wondering if anyone had a set of f150 brackets they would wanna trade for mustang brackets?

Not sure if it's the same for the mustang's but the 18 f150 doesnt need the wiring harness adapter to switch to the 8" cluster its plug and play. My 17 mustang did need a harness but I cant vouch for the 18 mustangs
