Yep, looks just like the video above but mine is probably slightly worse. My fuel door will rub on the body panel paint if I let it while closing.

This happened on my 2015 Ecoboost the other day when I closed the gas filler door at the pump. The body shop is covering it under warranty by replacing the fuel cap collar and door hinge assembly. Luckily per the parts diagram the outer door is a separate piece and can be reused without dealing...
