Vacuum it up with a ShopVac . I found that a power washer or compressed air tends to jam it in further .

Same issue here . Started at around 15k km . Dealer replaced a faulty right lower control arm and did an alignment . Clunking seems to be gone , for now .

Looks exactly like the one I had replaced last December ; after 9 month !!

Both instances were at about 30,000 miles .

Had this problem with my 2006 & 2013 , both after about 30 months . Both times repaired under warranty , no questions asked . Find another dealership .

Got mine inspected at the dealership today at noon . Service manager took pics & sent them to Ford Canada for approval . Dealer confirmed this afternoon that a replacement was approved under warranty by Ford Canada. New wheel ordered and I plan to get it installed during my next service visit...

I have the same issue , but on the passenger side , on top , where the seal meets the door window . Seems like it is unglued . I'll take it up ,on warranty , at my next service appointment.

Same here . Only 11 months , 11,000 kms. Plan to bring it up with the dealer next month during my scheduled maintenance .
