I would check the fuse box see if you blew a fuse....or check the forum see if anyone has had a similar problem..... Other wise email whoever you bought the radio from and let them know what your radio is doing

Did you plug every cable back? Did you connect the two yellow rca's in the back? (Male and female) did you connect the wireinh harness to the back of the cd box? Check make sure everything is plugged in

Absolutley man! I just figured out how to play videos on it so I will make a video going though those files

Absolutely man! This is a 300 dollar upgrade... If you wanted to upgrade it to an OEM you would have to pay at least 1000 to replace the unit itself...so definitely great alternative !:cheers:

Ecoboosted neither this is a tomtop unit it pretty much gives you that OEM look without paying OEM price

Alexander1984 I've only had the unit for about a week now, I'm still trying to figure out how to play videos too....mine only posed the service reminder once and never did it again....let me go play around with it and ill let you know
