I’ve also heard if over filled it will come out the vent, although I don’t know what the vent is. Is the car being run hard when this happens? Leak whenever driven? Transmission temp normal?

Received a message from PML Friday that their new 10R80 trans pan with the standpipe would be available to ship this week. It does retain the factory dipstick, but I have no idea if the proper level at temperature was validated. I was told the pan with the standpipe has not yet been installed...

That is the standard GT, my car is a PP1. You can get a PP2 kit that has wider flaps. You can buy PP2 for the rear and standard for the front if you want narrower on the front.

So I am picking up a spare and will need the jack, lug nut wrench, hold down, etc. Is there a kit that gives you everything you need minus the wheel and tire? What have others done that did not buy the complete kit?
