Oh not sure on what guide pulley size is . If the paint or pulley has grooves it does not hurt the belt that is the back side of belt it touches but it is easy to swap out. Just take it off and go to the auto parts store I'm sure they can match it up

The pulley is a 85mm and belts is a gates K060806 I have a roush phase 1 also insyalledbit myself know it well

Prepare to have a lot of problems till Roush gets there shit together. I have a 15 gt with Roush phase 1 and 1st year Roush had to do 3 different calibrations on my pcm to make it work right. With the torque management crap

Yes the Roush lower heat exchanger sucks it will heat soak in summer easy. I removed mine and went with the VMP Triple pass lower heat exchanger. I went with Roush over VMP as I am in California and have to have a CARB compliant tune to pass smog

This is a awesome thread. Love all the pics! I am going to get meth for my Roushcharged coyote for sure . I beat it hard sometimes and just knowing the meth is there for cooling only in my situation would make me feel better . I think meth would be a great aid

So it looks like a cherry picker and you can pull the engine out from top . I thought you only could drop it out from bottom with car o. Lift . Good work

On.my Roush I drove it easy to hard the 1st 1000 miles and now it has 23k and no leaks or oil burning seated in perfect

I have not heard any bad about bearings being effected by meth. I know you should inject before throttle body but have seen guys injecting after the throttle body. I am still researching all options . I know Roush has said don't do it but I really want the added octane and cooling .
