I have a vintage race car which is a 289 with resonators only. It ticked 94 dB at Roebling Road. My Gt350 hit 92 only. Their mics are probably 40 ft inside the track surface on a straight away. The Miatas routinely hit 96 dB.

Is there anybody who has actually been told to go home from a track running a stock GT 350 exhaust?

2100-2400 RPM. Doesn't matter how cold or hot engine or ambient temperature, but always there. Track pack. Still under 500 miles.

You might try Miles Road Paint and Body in Summerville. Make sure that you talk directly with David. He has done good work for me in the past.

Curious about the R888 at VIR. I used to track R35 GTR with similar sizes and stick was great but they would only last me 2 track days. Went through 3 sets with varied pressures: seemed like sidewall was too flexible for the weight of the car. Since GTR weight is similar I am curious about R888...
