Well, over a month later every time I follow up the dealership claims they're "still waiting to hear back from Ford". I may try taking it somewhere else.

Well, first post and unfortunately it's due to a problem. While putting my top up this morning after a short drive to work, I heard a pop sound as the top was almost up. I looked behind me and discovered a nasty tear on the passenger side of the top. It feels like a piece of the interior...
