If you want to feel really big, park yours next to a first gen Mustang. They look tiny compared to ours. If they downsized to first gen size again I'd be throwing money at the local Ford dealer as soon as their doors opened.
Can't argue about the sound, I also almost bought the V8 on that basis alone.
But about that weight: Maybe you can't tell the difference in handling on the track when 200lbs of weight is removed off the nose. But I can. A lot.

What a change from the old days... I have a torsen and don't want a friction modifier in my gear oil, and all I can find now has it already mixed in with the gear oil. Who makes synthetic gear oil nowadays without the friction modifier already mixed in it?
Yes Motul DCTF. I originally went with the BG SynchroShift and it was a great imrovement, but it is expensive, so next time I decided on Motul DCTF. The Motul seems just as good and is less expensive, so that's what I stuck with. I change yearly because I occasionally track mine.
McLeod RST clutch. I'm sure it is a great clutch but my EcoBoost is primarily a daily driver and I couldn't get over the noise it made. And my wife hated it when she drove the car. I removed it and reinstalled a OEM clutch.
I need to tow my Mustang ( manual transmission) about 4 miles, and can keep it at 40 mph or slower. I know a tow dolly can harm the transmission, but would it be okay for just that short trip?
On a related note, if I disconnect the driveshaft I assume that I can use a tow dolly even for a tow...
