I bought my 2016 in January with 2,804 miles. As part of the purchase, I had the dealership install a new battery, as it was still on the original. It was a little weak when I first started it, but thatās somewhat to be expected. The dealership had it for a few months.
I saw a HEP R with exposed carbon rims this weekend. The carbon looks incredible by itself⦠but I must say that I actually prefer the looks of the black accents on the car, and I think it all looks best matching as black.
I do love the carbon track pack on the GT500s, but the black looks best on...
What a weekend! Saturday was a cruise and then racing go-carts at the Ridge Motorsports park in Shelton, WA (I got 3rd in the carts, NBD⦠š).
At lunch, I got to spend some time with the president of Shelby. I was surprised to learn that trucks are 75% of their business now!
Today was an all Ford...
All things being equal, a $7k premium for an R is a no brainer. As already stated in this thread, I too believe that the R will start to seriously separate itself from the GT350 in the near future. There were 20,564 GT350ās made, compared to 3,646 Rās.

The only other bolt-ons I've seen that are worthwhile is an intake manifold (requires...
Condition is more important than Carfax. Let that be a guide, but if itās in great shape, enthusiast owned and well cared for over the past 5 years⦠thatās a great sign!
Don't buy black unless you REALLY want black... never again for me! My last sports car was a 2011 e92 M3 in Jerez black. It was always dirty!
Some people love black, but I'll never do another car that requires hand washing in black. If it was a truck or SUV that I could take through the...
OP, it seems clear to me that you should get rid of the GT350, especially because you said that if you were to have any mechanical failures, it would be financially catastrophic for you. With a kid on the way, that seems like an irresponsible roll of the dice.
IMO, sell the GT350 and take...
