Sorry but parking on the street your dealing with what's happens . If you have a driveway and you're parking on the street to avoid the car shuffle, I would be parking on the driveway and shuffling cars daily , unless we are talking a Toyota Prius.

Agree with MAGS1, but if you DIY dismount the tires , and prep the wheels good . If you have paint equipment then you've painted before, I'm sure they will turn out acceptable,if not I would send out .

Wait and find a Factory stock (no mods ) low miles how low under 25 k , how did I come up with that milage mostly your budget. If you can find 10 to 15 k miles, at your price range Stock no mods , clean Carfax run and buy it . Ideally let's say for me I would go on milage , no budget , stock no...
