Did you happen to weigh the Steeda light weight idler and tensioner pulley and compare them to the stock pulleys? I know the MMR water pump pulley is about 3/4 lbs lighter than factory...tough to swallow for $80 but I realize the rotational inertia gain is more like 2-3 times the actual weight...

I swapped from the stock 15-17 to a 19gt cai, we have an extra plug for the IMRC You need either delete the imrc or add the plug as I did. You will need a tune. The 18 and up cold air moves more air than the mishimoto, and looks better imo.

Weight is the biggest thing, I run a MMR light weight water pump pulley (don't see many people mentioning) and soon adding Steeda light weight Idler and Tensioner pulleys (fathers day coming up). I've always been a fan of light weight pulleys with good results Now that I'm down 1 kid in school...

That's called a foxbody or a new edge with a coyote swap. Getting an s550 that low would take some work and lose alot of amenities that draw us in.

I just changed mine the other day after 91,000 miles, gapped mine to .053 with a feeler gage, not a fan of the round gage. I used Bosch plugs. My motorcraft plugs looked similar to the OP, just a little more crispy on the threads. Torque spec is 12lbs, but I just tightened them till it felt right.
