I found the solution for the hazards. Just triple flick the switch. As of right now, it requires two flicks to turn on/off for some reason. However, because of that, the car "remembers" you flicked it twice so it turns back on. Solution? Flick it once more and it'll "remember" you did it...

Yeah there's definitely no such app on gen 2 it's been more than 2 weeks and still can't change background. Other than that, this unit has been really good. Having it boot to that viper tech is frustrating though makes it look cheap. Is there a way you can show us a picture of the app you're...

I don't know about that. That's what i tried doing for like 10 minutes and it just wouldn't plug. Will try again if anything

Still can't figure out how to change it. Went through the secret menus and checked the default logo thing but now my boot up is viper tech I can't see where to actually choose an image as my boot:headbonk:

We're on the same boat. Can't keep my settings saved, radio fuzzy (white antenna was weird) and can't seem to change the boot screen

I recommend testing everything before finishing the job. Test reverse cam, radio, Bluetooth, Navigation, etc. If everything works you should be good :cheers: As for the black box I'm not sure. I guess if everything works then screw the black box lol

You're close. Plugging the hu is definitely much easier. Just plug in all the old wires as well as two or three of the new ones and you're set
