In case anybody sees this thread, the solution is to disable "Distance Indication" and "Lane Keep Assist". "Distance Indication" is under Driver Assist > Pre-Collision Assist. With these two options off, Track Apps enabled itself.

Hoping the dealer can handle it quick without having to hold the car. Nobody at the two dealers I've called has any idea what to do... Definitely would like if it's just a quick computer issue, just wish there was one other success story out there.
