  1. Is it just me or is this a steal? 2020R 16K mile for 66K- shows clean title 1 owner

Those are the CR CF wheels. Sale is listed as pending. IMHO, this is a very good deal unless there's some undisclosed title issue.
  2. Properly Fixing Front Plate Holes

Done this before. Remove the bumper cover. Find an old bumper cover and harvest some plastic. Apply tape behind the holes and melt the sacrificial old bumper material in the holes. When cooled, cut away excess plastic and sand flush. Prime and paint with touch up paint. Wet/dry 800, then...
  3. Oil Pressure Fluctuation on Acceleration

Like stated in my other post, the oil pressure reading on the center dash gauge in GR227 does tend to fluctuate. For reference, my original oil pump failed while idling in my driveway. FoMoCo replaced it under warranty. The new oil pump still produces fluctuating oil pressure (+/- 3 psi) on the...
  4. Oil Pressure Fluctuation on Acceleration

Like others have stated, fluctuating oil pressure is not abnormal. The oil pressure in GR227 fluctuates like yours. The oil pressure in GR378 does not. Without a stated +/- oil pressure limit from Ford, I am only concerned if the oil pressure is low.
  5. New to me GT350 - bought on May 15th 2023 from Ford - Tons of issues -

If the problem is with the driveshaft, an easy (and great) upgrade is to install a CF driveshaft. The QA1 CF is awesome. I have a QA1 CF driveshaft on both of my '16 R models.
  6. I need help for my 2016 gt350

Possibly old fuel (the ECM is retarding ignition), especially if the motor and tranny swap took quite a long time. Try a fresh tank of fuel.
  7. 350 v 350R

My opinion. As a former non-R, and now two-R owner.....the major difference between the GT350 and GT350R is the wheels. I don't daily drive my Rs. Not because of the ridiculous price to replace one of those Carbon Revolution carbon fiber wheels (should I destroy one) BUT because of my concern...
  8. Indiana 2017 GT350 For Sale - Race Red

    Still available for sale?
  9. 2017/18 gt 350 or….

BLUF: Get a car still under warranty, or can qualify for one. I've been in your position...twice. Possessing two previously-owned 2016 R models, I can say that its very easy to tell if a GT350 has been abused and is a "definite pass". Check out the driver's seat left bolster and engine bay...
  10. Has anyone used Turtle Wax Carnauba?

Check out the Zaino Show Car line of products. I was initially skeptical when friends told me of their results with their Z products from Zainostore.com. Now, I wouldn't use anything else on my vehicles. I'm not in anyway associated with the Zaino company.
  11. Texas 2017 GT350 aftermarket parts

I received the oil drain plug and filters today. Thanks a lot! John
  12. Rims

I have two extra sets of the Carbon Revolution EOM wheels for my Rs. One set track used, other set not. I'm in Texas. How much are you willing to pay?
  13. Driveshaft question

Or...install a QA1 CF driveshaft and forget about it!
  14. rear bumper cover repair kit

I've done three of these TSBs on the 3 2016 GT350(R)s I've owned. First two were under warranty. Third was done at 50/50 cost split due to my GT350 ownership history. Easy to do yourself if the dealership will hand over the the kit. Mine did three times. It looks like the CJ Pony kit only...
  15. Carbon Fiber Wheel Tire Change WITHOUT Damage! (How To) video

You're lucky you found a shop that is willing to work with the CF rims. My local Ford dealership (that owns the latest-and-greatest Hunter equipment) refuses to work on CF rims because of the cost liability. So, I had to buy my own tire changer/balancer. Got a nice kit from Derek Weaver in...
