Like others have stated, fluctuating oil pressure is not abnormal. The oil pressure in GR227 fluctuates like yours. The oil pressure in GR378 does not. Without a stated +/- oil pressure limit from Ford, I am only concerned if the oil pressure is low.

If the problem is with the driveshaft, an easy (and great) upgrade is to install a CF driveshaft. The QA1 CF is awesome. I have a QA1 CF driveshaft on both of my '16 R models.

Possibly old fuel (the ECM is retarding ignition), especially if the motor and tranny swap took quite a long time. Try a fresh tank of fuel.

My opinion. As a former non-R, and now two-R owner.....the major difference between the GT350 and GT350R is the wheels. I don't daily drive my Rs. Not because of the ridiculous price to replace one of those Carbon Revolution carbon fiber wheels (should I destroy one) BUT because of my concern...

You're lucky you found a shop that is willing to work with the CF rims. My local Ford dealership (that owns the latest-and-greatest Hunter equipment) refuses to work on CF rims because of the cost liability. So, I had to buy my own tire changer/balancer. Got a nice kit from Derek Weaver in...
