    thats pretty much all i have. i guided those loose wires along with usb port wire into my glovebox. Thats why i have the access. One is backlight in, another ACC OUT, GND and lastly the weird one all in chinese:)

    Yep. Another thought. I always wondered what is this little green wire marked as BACKLIGHT IN is for... its one of those loose wires that are not used anywhere.It may be the solution. If anyone could test it.. I don't have the skills unfortunately :(

    So this is what i have noticed today about backlight issue!! I bet the backlight level works fine for everyone here at night time, right! And there is a reason why they have made it this way. The level it goes back to is night time mode! IF YOU SET YOUR LOGHT SWITCH TO 0. Unit gets back to...
