Any word from Ford on if they are taking care of this? I ask because quests what?.... Both of my 2015s have it also... Same place, leading pass side edge of hood. I haven't taken it to Ford yet, just too damn busy right now.

To upgrade to 2.0 sync3, all I really need is the screen/APIM. Disconect the card reader and add the GPS ant... Wires are the same. Sound about right??
How much OEM? Screen and programed APIM.
Hood is pretty easy.
Soap is used to make the film moveable for positioning.
The alcohol is a tacking solution, used in spots to hold the film down so you can stretch it.

Yes. I have done a few of my cars. The Mustang isn't the easiest. The front bumper takes time and patience. One key is the film itself. I use xpel and is very easy to work with. I would NOT recommend that or any film costing that little. Ask for a sample. I've ordered low cost films before and...
In reference to pp2. Wasn't tuning the GT350 TB causing issues for tuners?
I somehow remember reading about issues with idle and surging problems.
I have pp2 on order and hope if that was the case Ford performance work it out.

A friend of mine is cutting his base bumper to add a mesh opening of either side. Will look like the mesh heat extractors that are currently available for the hood...
