Yes, the harness bar was installed so I could have the four point harness since the R doesn't have a back seat (i.e. no rear seat belts to attach four point harness to). And yes, you are correct that this is not for protection but for one to have a nice and easy way to install a four point...

Thanks, maybe I'm following the directions too closely as when it states for the EVAP to go between 45mph and 65mph for 10 minutes, I go for 11 minutes and stop to recheck. Also, the 02 sensors are challenging as you have to go 40mph for 4 minutes....pretty hard to do that in the Bay Area as...

After 100 miles...I wish, I'm at 500 miles and still need to get pass the fuel, CAT, and evap. So frustrating, especially when following the drive cycle instructions and I still don't clear the code after following some very specific instructions. http://www.obdii.com/drivecycleford.html

I know most people on this forum are die hard Ford fans, but any thoughts on the new ZL1 coming out this year? It was just announced yesterday that the ZL1 will have 650HP and should be a monster. I'm curious if all the rumors are true about the Zl1, if it will reduce the demand for the GT350R...

They sold the GT350R...supposedly. I got them down to $20K above MSRP and then said no thanks. Supposedly sold it to someone in Wisconsin.

For those of you attending or planning on meeting up, starting this past Monday Tassajara is closed just North of Dublin into Blackhawk for road construction. You can either go down Tassajara and go through Windermere, the back roads off of 580 (Highland Rd.) or Crow Canyon exit.

So if the last four digits of my Vin # are 5576, this obviously means that Ford is making more than the 5,000 or 5,500 total units that's been discussed, right?

So I ordered three weeks ago from a local dealer. I received an email today that Ford has picked up the order and gave me a Vin #. Dealer says the car should be here in 6 weeks or so. If all that plays out, maybe they've picked up production lately?

I just placed my order two weeks ago with a Ford dealership in the Bay Area. With 2017 orders supposedly starting next month or May, what's a realistic time frame to take delivery on a 2016 GT350 ordered in February? June?
