i had a similar issue when i changed out my springs after a few months of driving, the driver rear spring wasnt aligned properly. i had to lower the rear suspension and rotate the spring so it sat properly. hope this helps.
I got the front and rear done and I paid 400. They had to remove the mess I made on my attempt, so I accepted the higher cost. I think the regular going rate by me is 300 or so. If you do it, remember that brake fluid destroys all, so be extra careful when filling and venting the brakes
