You'll need aftermarket rails if you don't already have them. The stock gen 3 rails are a big restriction at that power level on E85.

A Bosch BR540 is the same pump as a DW400. DW installs their venturi and their check valve.

That can happen with e85 sometimes, the tuner will most likely turn off that code.

Use the ford racing m50a plugs and carefully gap them to .028.

Dynocom dynos are notoriously inaccurate. It's unlikely you're making over 800 and only go higher 5s 60 to 130. My car is very similar to yours and is under 800 and I run in the 4s. If you care for more accurate numbers a dynojet would be your best bet.

You should be doing better then that. I average 17 on e85.

I use a bolt for the quick change, I like it. I'd also run a catch can with both sides vented to atmosphere, I wouldn't recirculate anything.

You don't need an additional check valve the 274s have internal valves.

I'd definitely go Radium over Sais kit. I have Radium in my car.

I've already tested it extensively. I've been tuning for 20 years. Factory Gen 3 fuel rails have a very small crossover.

Do the rails, on a gen 3 on E85 they are restrictive at 750 rwhp.
