Wengerd supports the AVID device too. That device is nice as you don't need your phone as a companion for it; I have set mine up with hotspot to my phone though. As long as it has a connection (wifi at work, wifi at home, or hotspot from phone if you're out and about) you can "sync" tune...
no not that it's dirty or going bad, it sits in a spot that retains a lot of heat.
When you shut down, that sensor heat soaks (gets really hot, no air flow). When you go to restart, the sensor is reporting for example 160 degree inlet air, even though as you're cranking it's drawing in, say, 80...
As close to the injectors as feasible. You integrate into CAN BUS so smart tuning can use that reading to decide how much timing to run for actual "flex fuel" behavior. This way you don't swap files when you can't get E, or if you end up with a tank of E60 it doesn't matter that much because...
I had similar impression, but no, "we" end users can't modify the log file that's used to define the PIDs. Your tuner might work with you on adding PIDs..
Once they're in you can configure the gauges from their list though. I went with 6 and found it adds a 7th large gauge in the middle...
Could've had a leak from the X-pipe install that was fixed during the H pipe install. That'd be my guess. H pipe might sound a bit deeper along with the 3" transition but wouldn't imagine it much quieter.
If you won't appreciate any benefits of the 1 piece, it's probably not worth the risk/hassle of finding out if you'd like it. Go with a stock replacement. The OEM went 2 piece because you can't get the same comfort from a 1 piece. Well maybe you can, but why spend all of that money..
I have about the same setup (LTH, MBRP street, and this resonator) and it does sound amazing (well did until a crack) but the mid section is a single 2.5" diameter and shown to leave power on the table with 10PSI boost... Looking for an alternative to that, since I have another crack before the...
I never said no one should or shouldn't do anything. Do what you want. I just don't get the need to justify or have to have everyone else agree with you what to do etc.
My car is pretty loud being LTH (and blown), wish it wasn't quite as loud, and I'm running 20" wheels for easier tires even...
Okay, sure, and the playing card makes a real sound, it's not a fake "clack clack clack"... You can like or dislike it, but it's not the same as an exhaust or intake (if they actually remove a restriction). But you didn't install a cam or gain anything like replacing the cam would yield, so...
Yep, and if you're still sticking playing cards in bicycle spokes, wake up to 2025... these things are a riot:

It's a joke or novelty due to your description...
Back in the day you had to choose between loping idle and all the power, or give up some power for a better idle. People didn't install cams to get the chop, they did it to get power, the chop came with it.
Nowadays you can have both the power...
